First Belizean FFF Certified Fly Casting Instructor

In January 2011, the late Raul Navarrette traveled to Pennsylvania and passed the FFF testing to become the first Belizean FFF Certified Fly Casting Instructor.

This January, Raul Navarrette, braved the cold in upstate Pennsylvania, casting in 20 degree weather. But as you can see his determination and continuous good attitude paid off – he is now a Federation of Fly Fishing Certified Fly Casting Instructor; the first Belizean that we know of – Congrats Raul, yahoo!
